The Three-Step Process: Mobilization, Training & Placement

At the heart of every Livelihood Resource Centre is a proven three-step model designed to maximize employability:

Mobilization

Dedicated outreach teams connect with youth across both rural and urban communities through awareness drives, community visits, and orientation sessions. Families are actively engaged, counselling is provided, and confidence-building begins even before formal training begins.

The skill-building training also focuses on bettering the communication skills, personality development, presentation ability, and confidence building for their holistic development. Workshops on latest technology applications and software learning are an integral part of the skilling programme.
