Women’s Day Celebration at Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled
Samarthanam observes all important occasions without fail every year and Women’s day is a very special one observed here to highlight respect, appreciation, love and care towards women.

Samarthanam’s tagline for International Women’s Day 2021 is “Women- The Eternal Richness” Dr Mahantesh G. Kivadasannavar, Founder Managing Trustee Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled speaking at the function said ‘Women have to enhance more competitiveness and become the empowered Tax Payers to the Government” He said “Don’t depend on government for pension Cultivate the oy of Giving. Giving provides an opportunity to look beyond our own world and see the bigger picture”

make the best use of them” Smt.Madhu Singhal , Founder Managing Trustee, Mitrajyothi, urged the women to work without expectations and complaints” Dr.Laxmi H Shetty, Cardiologist,Sri Jayadeva Research Institute of Cardiology asked the women to choose challenge as a way of life and get obsessed with bringing in a change in the society”

Never compromise on your traditions and culture” Smt.Lion Sushila Jhingade District Chairperson Speech and Hearing said “Women are abundantly endowed. Keep expanding the horizon” Mr.Subhash C MahajanHD,MBA, Mechanical Engineer,from U.S.A said” Let us worship the Devis in Society by protecting and caring for them”
The Programme had cultural activities presented by the Visually impaired & the Physically challenged and also sought to find innovative ways to advance gender equality.
