- If at any point of time during the period of scholarship or even later it is found that any of the particulars
mentioned in the form are/were false and/or misleading or that the candidate has willfully suppressed any material facts,
Samarthanam Trust will be at liberty to withdraw the scholarship allotted to such candidate - Only successful applicants will be informed of the scholarship and no intimation would be given to the unsuccessful applicants
- The decision of the Trust with regard to the Scholarship allotment and the declaration of the successful applicants is final and binding
- Samarthanam Trust reserves the right, to use the photograph / video / case story of the scholarship applicant/beneficiary
for future publication use; and/or disclosures; and/or for communication purposes with Samarthanam’s stakeholders;
and/or for submissions before various authorities and interested parties from time to time for reporting progress
thereof; and/or for use in brochures, websites, social media, archives and other material publicity, if any in relation to its activities
without any monetary compensation payable to any applicant and without any restriction to its frequency and use - Preference would be given to :
- Students with disabilities
- Children of disabled parents
- Children of parents with serious chronic diseases (like cancer, stroke etc..)
- Orphan girl child
- Students from economically challenged families
(with an Annual Family Income less than Rs.2 Lakh, and student must have secured 60% and above marks
both in Class 10th and Class 12th Board Examinations)
