Job Title<\/td>\nMobilizer – Skilling Program<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Timings<\/td>\n9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 30 minute lunch break<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Reports to<\/td>\nCentre Head<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Purpose<\/td>\nTo mobilize potential candidates (PWDs & Underprivileged Candidates) for skill development programs as per the project requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Essential Functions<\/td>\n\n
    – Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates<\/p>\n
  • Visit to a minimum 10 different villages\/locations\/SHG’s\/NGO’s\/Govt Departments in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    – Attending\/Organizing workshops, community meetings to create awareness\/sensitize among the targeted community<\/p>\n

      • Attend\/Organize minimum of 1 workshops, community meetings in a month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        – Ensuring timely formation of batches with the right batch strength<\/p>\n

          • As per the Project requirements & timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            – Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities<\/p>\n

              • As per the requirements (if needed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                – Counsel the Candidates\/Parents so that they Enroll Themselves in the Program and Continue Until the End of the Program<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Collect regular feedback from the Trainers\/Center Heads on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates and counsel the irregular & under performance candidates on monthly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    – Support the collection of required documents for the beneficiaries who were selected for Training<\/p>\n

                      • Submit the mandate documents required for training before the start of the Batch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        – To maintain monitoring systems using the MIS (Management Information System) database & To keep accurate electronic and paper records to meet funding requirements<\/p>\n

                        • Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every month<\/li>\n
                        • Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of every month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Job Setting<\/td>\nFlexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions: requires travelling: requires work with Center Heads\/Project Heads: requires prompt service<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
