Purpose<\/td>\nOverall administration of hostels and to ensure discipline, safety and security of the Trainees residing in the hostel<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Essential Functions<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for overall administration of hostels as per the policies of the management. Responsible to handle day to day hostel administration, to take care of the hostel related issues and to monitor the maintenance of the hostel.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To ensure the quality of the facilities provided at the Accommodation facilities including Food. And also to ensure proper cleaning of the hostel premises as well the rooms of the students by housekeeping staff. The warden has to keep on tracking the housekeeping and all maintenance issues. Regular cleaning and maintenance of a hostel is very essential part of hostel management.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assisting the staff with the admission of new students and appropriate allocation of rooms in Hostel<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To ensure safety and security of the Trainees in the hostel. And also to ensure Discipline and friendly environment in hostel.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Discussing with students about their issues or concerns and bring it to the notice of the Center Head. And to manage the students with in the hostel premises and providing them right help at right point of time, and handling various issues and grievances of the students<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Available for \u201con call – duty\u201d whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings and weekends.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible to take care in case the students are sick. Must inform the Center Head and take immediate action offering appropriate first aid support whenever needed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Will ensure maintenance of Hostel Attendance, discipline and decorum in the Hostel as per the organization guidelines<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that Candidates maintains the timings for the Training, Food (including Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) & others.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure to keep track of Leaves, Inward & Outward visits of the Candidates & Other guests visits the center<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible to maintain relevant registers pertaining to Students and update the same to concerned head(s),<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Will periodically verify the furniture and fittings of the hostel with the assistance of the Caretaker, and take action for their repairs\/replacement or for obtaining additional furniture. Warden is custodian and in-charge of all the hostel properties. Warden has to verify the stock periodically. Responsible to maintain records of the hostel assets and to keep the track of all inventories available within hostel premises.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To perform any other responsibility assigned by the management<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To maintain monitoring systems using the MIS (Management Information System) database & To keep accurate electronic and paper records to meet funding requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
