Purpose<\/td>\nTo Train the Enrolled Candidates (PWDs & Underprivileged Candidates) & enabling the candidates on communication aspects and make them self-reliant to attend the Interviews which fetch them for Placements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Essential Functions<\/td>\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare the Time Table, Lesson Planner & verify the Trainer Manual and keep the Materials ready which is required for Training<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Before Start of every Batch designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To train & deliver the Topics as per the standard syllabus and enabling the candidates focusing on Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing and make them self-reliant to attend the Interviews which fetch them for Placements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Complete the syllabus as per the Lesson Planner<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify the training needs of the beneficiaries & utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use different mode of Teaching such as Video, Audio learning through Projectors in theory sessions and Computers & Tabs in Practical Sessions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Give relevant assignments (Weekly Once) & conduct Fortnight Assessments and correct the same as per the topic covered<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Corrections and entry in the Drive should be made within 7 Days from the Date of Assignments or Assessments<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and evaluate and document students\u2019 progress<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Batch wise maintain & Update the Candidate information including<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
a. Leave Register (regular),<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

c. Assignments Marks & Materials (Weekly),<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for student counseling and student retention<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing information on sources of more expert advice; while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations & deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for Candidate’s discipline inside the campus and during organizational visits such as Exposure Visits, participating in events etc. Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with organization rules and guidelines<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plan and implement educational activities and events.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Arranging Exposure Visits, Parent-Teacher Meetings, Events & Celebrations etc.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing and evaluating one\u2019s own teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and programme\/s in line with the National Skill Development curriculum (NSDC) guidelines<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attend such workshop to improve their standard once in every 6 Months<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Job Setting<\/td>\nFlexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions: requires travelling: requires work with Center Heads\/Project Heads: requires prompt service<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
