{"id":197,"date":"2020-02-09T10:31:14","date_gmt":"2020-02-09T10:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samarthanam.org\/stagingmain\/?post_type=events&#038;p=197"},"modified":"2020-05-28T09:07:58","modified_gmt":"2020-05-28T09:07:58","slug":"training-on-inclusive-education","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/samarthanam.org\/stagingmain\/events\/training-on-inclusive-education\/","title":{"rendered":"Training on inclusive education, an initiative by Samarthanam in association with the Govt of Punjab"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 text-justify mt-3\">\n<p class=\"data-aos-up\">Samarthanam Punjab: As part of the Punjab MoU, one of the activities was\u00a0<strong>\u201cTraining on Inclusive Education for School teachers, School Heads &amp; District Heads.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>Comprising of the following two activities:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"data-aos-up\">\n<li>Development of a module by Samarthanam on\u00a0<strong><em>Inclusive Pedagogy<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>From each district, 15 teachers\/ cluster heads would be selected to be trained for 2 days on inclusive pedagogy. This training will comprise techniques for classroom ma<u>nage<\/u>ment, classroom organization for inclusion and teaching techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"data-aos-up\">In all, 330 teachers would be trained in a total of 5 batches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"data-aos-up\">Training of the first batch was conducted on 29<sup>th<\/sup>-30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0August in Chandigarh.\u00a0 80 Centre Headteachers took part in this training workshop. On\u00a0<strong><em>Day I,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the participants\u00a0<u>were<\/u>\u00a0trained on the concept, philosophy, principles of inclusion, the role of teachers, etc.\u00a0<strong><em>Day- II<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was devoted to\u00a0<strong><em>Effective Teaching<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and on\u00a0<strong><em>Role of parents and School Management Committees on inclusion.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 mt-3\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img-fluid data-aos-up\" src=\"https:\/\/samarthanam.org\/stagingmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Training-on-Inclusive-Education.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Samarthanam Punjab: As part of the Punjab MoU, one of the activities was\u00a0<strong>\u201cTraining on Inclusive Education for School teachers, School Heads &amp; District Heads.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1419,"template":"","meta":{"nf_dc_page":"","pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-197","events","type-events","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
