Samarthanam’s Swadhara makes the Society a better place for women

A Home for Women in Distress and the Well-being of their Children

Swadhara is the Rehabilitation programme by Samarthanam to lend a helping hand to women in distress. Swadhara Gruh is a home for women who along with their children receive protection and vocational training, helping them recuperate and become independent. The women beneficiaries are supported at all times as their empowerment is Samarthanam’s primary motive. Health, nutrition, medical needs, food, accommodation, vocational training and counseling by experts are a few of the services provided by Swadhara.

During Covid times, Swadhara proactively has been providing its services to women beneficiaries and helping them stay safe from the pandemic by counseling on the safety guidelines, precautions to take and also measures to stay safe during the COVID season.
