| Details Description | 1) Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. 2) Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. 3) Maintains quality service by following organization standards. 4) Make telephone calls to prospects. 5) Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. 6) Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis. 7) Maintain confidentiality. 8) Record details of opportunities and lead notes. |
