Samarthanam’s Silver jubilee celebrations & Donors Meet pledging support for the Disabled and Economically underprivileged
Samarthanam, one of the leading NGO’S in India and CRISIL rated, as a part of its Silver Jubilee Celebrations convened a Donor appreciation get together Meet on Thursday July 28th, to raise awareness and appraise Samarthanam’s impactful Journey of 25 years and its Vision 2030.
Over 150 Senior leaders from 100 corporates participated and contributed in Think Tank Panel Discussions on Impact of CSR, Transforming Lives through Cricket for the Blind, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Topics. The Impact Report 2022 detailed how Samarthanam has accelerated its impact across 13 centers pan India, year over year on Education, Livelihood and Employment for Youth with Disabilities, Environment, Cricket for the Blind, Performing Arts by the Disabled, supporting destitute women with Children, Assistive aids and Technology for the Disabled and Rural initiatives on Community based Inclusive Education. Samarthanam’s Future plans of 2030 with a commitment in empowering one million disabled people and underprivileged by creating a path out of poverty for communities was presented/ stressed.
Samarthanam’s Audio Visual Documentary, and an Anthem on winning over Disability were screened sending vibrations of triumph.
Dr Mahantesh G. K, Founder Managing Trustee on the occasion thanked the Donors and supporters for their commitment to their long term value creation, especially at a time when the humanitarian needs are increasing. He added that support is needed more than ever and must be sustained. This is a joint responsibility for us all.
