Making Railway Stations accessible for Divyangjan

Objective

To facilitate easy movement of differently abled passengers, for smooth access to platforms of major railway stations and for ease of movement especially for the visually impaired.

Impact

The projects which have been completed are the Railway Stations at Anand Vihar in Delhi, Andheri in Mumbai, Lok manya Tilak in Mumbai, Pune Railway Station and the Indore Railway Station

The project has completed the Audit, R & D based on the Size and requirements of People with Disabilities. Structural modifications are incorporated in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Indore.
