On September 15, 2023, Samarthanam in partnership with OTIS Elevator Company India Limited, unveiled STEM Learning, a Mini Science Lab, and an Innovation Tinker Lab at Gurukul Vidyalaya in Mumbai, marking a significant step in revolutionizing education through STEM. Distinguished guests from OTIS India, including Mr. Sebi Joseph, President; Mr. Hrishikesh Pawar, Regional Director; Mr. Vijay Shesha Devadiga, Director – Legal & Compliance; and Mr. Bharat Nayak, Director & Chief Financial Officer, and other CSR volunteers of Otis, graced the event. Alongside them, Dr Mahantesh G Kivadasannavar, Founder Trustee of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, and Gurukul Vidyalaya’s Trustees, Mr. Rajaram Rasl and Mrs. Mangala Rasl were also in attendance. With OTIS India’s support, we’re bringing quality STEM education to over 61,000 students across six states, empowering them for a brighter future.
