Recently, the NGO participated in the 52nd Session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, urging the UN to increase budget allocation for disabled individuals. Samarthanam Trust is also working with an African NGO to improve the lives of specially-abled people and discussing collaborations with Afghanistan and Iran to promote cricket. Samarthanam has collaborated with ten countries and organizes cricket tournaments.
